Job Summary :
Interact with third party and internal staff to provide and process information of POD (Proof of Delivery) in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Verify courier & customer identity, Process of courier booking in system and provide pricing and delivery information,
Keep daily update about confirmation of receiving of out bound consignment. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints & details of actions taken in inquiry and complaint in work sheet. Deal directly with third party either by telephone or electronically.
Track and keep daily update of POD (Proof of delivery) in system. Respond promptly to our staff’s inquiries regarding POD. Prepare Daily POD udpation worksheet and send it to Chiragsir, Poojamam and Customer Support department and IT department.
Maintain customer’s POD database regularly. Check and send stationary material to requested branch & maintain stock (In & Out) entry in system.

Job Summary :
Perform the delivery tasks and pick-up of customer material in a polite, resourceful and professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties :
The responsibility of a Delivery & Collection person is segmented into 3 parts such as the tasks which they need to carry out;
Before the delivery, During the delivery and Lastly after the delivery is done.
Should be vigilant enough to perform more task than they are expected to do which is simply transporting items from one place to another.
Load and unload a delivery truck through a variety of mechanisms. Ensure documents are delivered and entered accurately.
Should be responsible to in scan the load after pickup.
Need to ensure the safety of the products which the customers have booked to deliver.
Plan their route beforehand so that they deliver those items on time and at the same time maintain efficiency.
Organize every product according to the destination they prioritize first.
Generate the DRS (Delivery Run Sheet) and acquire the signature of the customer as an agreement that the courier reached you with zero damage and on time.
POD updation in system.
Provide essential customer service by giving the required information,
Maintain delivery records,
Lastly, make sure that you document each and every incident or problems that you faced during your delivery.

Job Summary :
The Accountant will be responsible for the full function accounting duties pertaining to the business – debtors, creditors, petty cash, banking accounts, statutory returns and monthly reporting.
The way that the position impacts on the organization, The Accountant is responsible for providing efficient, accounting & clerical services.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Preparation for employee voucher bills, Maintenance of TDS & GST, Customer Invoicing and Receipting >Invoice customers on a timely basis. Capture debtors’ payments Issue customer statements on a monthly basis. Follow up on overdue debtors’ accounts
Supplier Payments and Expenses >Ensure all suppliers invoices are appropriately authorized for payment, and captured daily.Make supplier payments in accordance to instructions from Management and suppliers age analysis. Reconciliations of Key Accounts > Reconcile all bank accounts on a daily basis.Bank accounts reconciled monthly
Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
Ensure all Statutory returns are accurately submitted on due dates once they have been reconciled.
Data Management > Maintain a subscription and update Tally software when necessary. Other Capture & reconcile petty cash accounts. Produce balance sheet, profit and loss and project summary reports as required. Follow up outstanding creditors, maintain records and provide reports as required. Ensure that all financial records are accurate and timely for end of financial year audits.
